Nice room, good price, shuttle to and from the airport
one very crabby receptionist at the front desk- check-in. He was short with us and not friendly at all

The bed was comfortable. The wakeup call worked.
The tv did not work. On the door to the bathroom, and the door from the bathroom to the room, the door knobs had been unscrewed, so that they had to be reattached before I could open the doors. The room stank of old tobacco fumes. In the dining room, the staff hovered annoyingly, removing dishes before they were done, and repeatedly interrupting to ask questions about billing. They were impolite and annoying.

Well-insulated rooms (no exterior noise from aircraft), clean and functional. Comfortable, good-sized double bed.

"fair to good, I heard others complain that there rooms were not made up. Front desk seemed approapriatly staffed, but cleaning crew seemed under staff or under trained or under managed. I might stay stay there again. " (107163623)
crisp bottom sheet, decent hotel food, strong water pressure and good hot water
no top sheet, food seemed over prized for what it was, transportation seemed infrequent and knowledge about airport terminals was poor for an airport hotel.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff adjusted price on stay because they did not have available what was reserved.
There was no communication about the airport shuttle. I booked this hotel specifically because it advertised an airport shuttle, it did not specify the limited times it was available. We ended up spending $100.00 for a "free" service because we were forced to take a local taxi!! We also booked 2 triple rooms but only received 1 triple and a double. The staff though was very good about adjusting the price accordingly. Asked for a 3am wake up call and we did not get it---very bad!!

location is great. Very close to the airport.
Wireless internet was not working in our room. We had to go to the lobby. There was no fridge in our room (which was a little disappointment for us.). Shuttle service to the airport could be more frequent.

"More information about how to get to your hotel using trians & the RER. Once you arrive by train, it was difficult to orient one's self because of lack of signs to catch the right RER to CDG Airport and your hotel. As well, the Hotel staff seemed harried, not having the time or paitience to answer questions fully, sometime being rather curt. The resturant service was very slow and confusing in how to make food choices. When it came to pay, it was total chaos. I had to asked mumerous times for someone whom I could settle my tab, taking almost 15 minutes, where time can be vital when catching a plane. Also, an internet station at the hotel would be invaluable for checking flights and keeping in contact with various individuals both at the personal and professional level. Silence. Proximité de l'aéroport.

La jeune femme qui nous a servi en salle le soir (diner) etait tres professionnelle.
Accueil froid et deplaisant a la reception. Peu d'aide pour installer le lit enfant dans notre chambre. Il nous a meme ete suggere de le mettre dans le couloir bloquant ainsi toute possibilite de sortie en cas d'incendie. Nous avons donc du nous debrouiller seuls pour trouver de la place pour le lit d'appoint de notre fils et le lit bebe de notre fille.

Ondanks vlakbij vliegveld Charles de Gaulle toch weinig overlast van vliegtuigen. Kwaliteit bed was meer dan gemiddeld goed te noemen.

Zimmer überraschend nett eingerichtet
Bei Anruf im Hotel war das Personal nicht in der Lage einfachste Worte auf Englisch auszutauschen, ebensow enig wie etwas lansgamer auf Französisch zu sprechen. Der Transport mit dem Shuttel ist als mangelhaft zu bewerten, da diese häufig bereits vorher überfüllt sind und andere Hotels dadurch überspringen, ergo,w enn man Pech hat, kommt eine Stunde lang kein Einziges.

Une bague, oubliée dans la chambre, n'a jamais été "retrouvée", preuve du manque d'honnêteté des personnels de service. Je ne remettrai jamais les pieds dans les hôtels de cette chaine et ne les recommanderai en aucun cas!!!
