Excellent helpful front desk staff. Very well insulated from aircraft noise.

No face cloths in room. No plug in sink. No shower cap.

"Nice. Convenient. Great value for money." (107259603)

Building was nicely designed, new, and pleasantly decorated. Was close to my car rental drop off, so I could easily walk back to the hotel. Nice view of farm - it looked like we were in the countryside, not right next to Heathrow. Staff were helpful and polite.

Shower head/water pressure - not great. Ticket machine for the airport shuttle was poor and difficult to operate (maybe not anything Jurys can do about it). Free shuttle operated by the hotel would be nice. Picture on the website: the hotel looks very drab and dreary in the picture - was pleasantly suprised when we arrived.

clean, quiet, extremely convenient to Underground and Heathrow

    "Very pleased." (97794839)

Impressed with soundproofing being that close to the airport. Staff was very good, room was very nice. Food was very good. We had a late dinner one night & we also had breakfast. The person at the front desk was very helpful when we were misinformed about the departure time of Hoppa bus to return to Heathrow. We were told by the bus driver that it would leave the hotel at 5:30am but it left the hotel at 5am. Your staff member advised us of the Heathrow Free-zone bus #285. Because of his actions, we made our flight on time.

    "Very pleasant" (97876862)

Good ,friendly, clean hotel with well-appointed rooms Good bar with more atmosphere that most hotel bars

Although within the Heathrow airport complex the Hotel Hoppa bus took 45 mins to reach the hotel from the airport T5, calling at every terminal on the way. Same on the return calling at T5 last and taking almost an hour. Not the hotel`s fault but potential visitors should be informed.

When staying for a extended time,it would be convienent to have a place to do laundry close by.Provide internet service at no-charge-$10 a hour is a little over.

Very friendly in every way-- clean and good services

None (well, I a lazy and would have liked room service for breakfast, but at the price, and being an airport hotel where people are n a hurry and leave without breakfast, , I understand that they don't offer that-)

since the room lacked a safe, the security boxes were most useful. However, we thought they weren't in a very private position.

loud conflicting music in foyer and restaurant

"It is great for T4 and T5 but I would look for a different hotel simply cause I thought the food terrible and there are no alternative eating places close buy" (108035688)

Food in the resturants over priced, over cooked and not good at all, neither dinner nor breakfast. The prices would be fine if the advertised meal arrived presented aand tasting as expected . For the prices you get bording school cooking, my small local pub serves better fare by about 1000%

  • 7/10 Ron (Mature couple)

"The room is small and spartan. OK for one or two nights " (97342590)

Conveniently located near an underground stop (Hatten Cross) provides easy access to London

Infrequent Hoppa bus schedule from Terminal 2. Would consider using the underground from the airport to the Hatten Cross underground stop if you did not have large or a lot of baggage, have to use a pedestian overpass to cross a busy street.

Cleanliness, room size, politeness of staff, cumfy bed.

online directions- we got lost and ended up at the hilton and had to pay £15 for a taxi. Lady behind reception couldn't understand me- im english. There was an air lock in toilet which made a really loud noise every time we flushed, which lasted longer than 10 minutes.

  • 8/10 Ann (Young couple)

"Overall our overnight stay was good." (97403049)

Booking in and out was efficient and the staff on reception were very pleasant and helpful.

There were a few stray hairs on the shower bottle and bath towel, apart from that overall the room was clean. We personally found the air conditioning in the room too cold and it created quite a chilly draught, unfortunately turning the temperature up did not seem to make much difference and there seemed to be no way to turn it off.

"Simple booking but poor service meant it was made complicated." (97949076)

    Nice rooms and quiet

Hotel got my booking wrong and thought I'd booked only 1 room when I had booked two. It took about 20 minutes to sort out, and then it was made out as though I'd benefitted from their 'service'.

Good for overnight stop, room clean and can't hear the aeroplanes.

I thought the cooked breakfast was a little pricey. Overnight parking £7, not bad for London, but free would have been a lot better.

    "Enjoyable!" (108013028)

The environment was very conducive and just right. The room was nice, spacious, clean and tidy. The beds were very comfortable and we had a relaxing night. My visa card was not charged though we booked in advance over the internet. on arrival at the hotel, we were given the option to pay in cash/card if we wanted to and i was pleased with that. Afterall, i didn't have to deal with credit card bills post weekend break as well as incurring charges on euro-pound exchange rate. It was value for money and i would visit again given the chance!

Check-in process was polite and swift

    1) Both my partner and myself ordered food - which took over 1HOUR AND 25MINS to get served. THIS WAS NOT A GOOD START!! 2) The bar area had flyes all over the place.....how are people supposed to eat/drink/socialise while fight flyes...!!!

Close to Tube and tourist attractions. Friendly down to earth staff and clean rooms.

I couldn't book on-line - no availability I was told. When I called i got through to a very helpful young lady and managed to qualify for a special. I live in Honduras with family both in the UK and in South Africa so London is a twice yearly destination for us. It would be easier to book on-line. Also a rewards programme would be great and would motivate me to book with Jury's more often.

Good view of the runway and although we were very close, no noise could get through the glazing - very good soundproofing. Very clean hotel (but see below).

Quite a few flies buzzing around the bar where people had left their empty glasses.

I thought it was good value for money, the bed was very comfortable and the temperature just right as hotel rooms are often overly hot or cold. I did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the food.

The travel description could have been a little clearer around how to exit the dual carriage way and turn into Jury's Inn.
