clean quiet helpful staff good location and price
seedy neighborhood , at first a little scary but then realized it was perfectly safe

Hotel is situated in a very undesirable part of town. Room was dingy and the hotel needs a facelift. Definitely not a hotel for those who are driving. Parking is in the train station carpark across the canal. Dropping off the bags was challenging given the traffic in front of the hotel.
