"The Hotel an der Oper is very well and centraly located. It is very easy to access using public transport. The check-in staff were friendly and eager to help. My room (single) was small, as was the bed, but as I stayed only one night I shan't complain about that. What I missed personally was a means to sleep in complete darkness (curtains only on 1st floor window). Internet access installed in the rooms would be a boon, as I (again, personally) don't like purchasing time on a wireless network, based on past bad experience." (99066707)
Central location. Allowed me to go out even late to find a place to eat nearby. Next morning it was only a 10 minute walk to my business meeting.
Hot and cold water control in the shower was difficult to set to acceptable temperature.

"This hotel really needs refurbishing. It is outdated and the rooms are in very poor condition. It is a small hotel without any extras but lots of potential if re-vamped." (99745579)
Great location. Two minutes walk to the city centre.
The decor was really shabby. Carpet was stained and threadbare and the bathroom was old and in need of new wall and floor tiles.
