Clean modern room and public areas, polite staff, bar and food/snacks available, free wireless is great!
A phone in the room would be nice to set a wake up call, but not essential due to mobile phone.

Location and a brand new hotel - nice bed and a fine bathroom. flat screen tv was also great.
The room was a bit small, and there was no place to put clothe away in.
